LLC "APRODIT" has significant experience in the design and manufacture of casting molds for the production of polyurethane products.
We manufacture polyurethane cuffs and discs for gauge pigs, separator pistons and cleaning pigs, as well as more complex cuffs for in-line inspection equipment, including reinforced with metal inserts and cables.
High-quality raw materials and compliance with production regimes - a guarantee of the quality of polyurethane products
For the production of polyurethane products, we use only high-quality imported raw materials. We follow the prescriptions of raw material manufacturers regarding the observance of temperature and time regimes at all stages of production and curing of polyurethane products.
Proven technology for processing metal surfaces allows us to produce reinforced cuffs and discs with unique characteristics. In pull-off tests of embedded parts, fracture occurs along the polyurethane, and not along the contact surface with the metal part.
Physical and mechanical characteristics of finished polyurethane products (Shore hardness, elongation at break, abrasion resistance) in accordance with the technical specifications TU 2292-002-96335610-2011 is controlled in the testing laboratory for each batch.
As part of in-line PIGs manufactured by APRODIT LLC, polyurethane cuffs and discs have been repeatedly tested in various pipelines.
Based on our experience and production base, we manufacture cuffs, discs and other polyurethane products in any quantity for pipelines with a diameter of 50 to 1420 mm.
We also carry out orders for the manufacture of standard and non-standard polyurethane parts of any complexity, including by sample (import substitution).
